Community & Schools

Knowing the details about communities, schools, and neighborhoods is key in our business, and so important for your home choice. Over the years working with clients, I have expanded my interest in local history, and love sharing some local background and color on our tours of communities.  It's also fun to share a bit with visitors to open houses, especially with prospective out-of-town buyers trying to distinguish among the many choices.

We have researched the most recent API scores for each East Bay high school.  We show these on a map at the published address of the school.

API is a critical and comparable benchmark.  It takes into account test scores,  participation in testing, attendance, graduation rates, special education, and other critical school performance criteria
